"My thoughts-prayers and praise are with everyone at your hospice.  You were there for our family through the most trying of times.  May God bless each of you as you were a blessing to us."

Caring for Yourself

As caregivers of an enrollee in our program, the care team can help cope with the challenges that you will face. Your nurses and social workers can assist you in developing a plan to arrange your needed resources, and often times can coordinate resources of other community partners that can be of help.

Knowledge is powerful for caregivers, and some of the best information resources we have found for Caregivers is provided through the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organizations consumer website, www.CaringInfo.org.

For your convenience, we have provided direct links to some of their Caregiving topics. We have even more links available on our helpful links page.
